I came across this idea while listening to Rachel Hollis’ latest podcast…..and this idea blew my mind.
I would sit down weekly and have a huge “to-do” list. I am realizing this left me feeling overwhelmed.
Rachel suggested making a “results list” instead……Ask yourself…..”What results do I want this week?”
Focusing on one goal instead of multiple:
Channels your energy
Allows you to really hone your skill
Creates good habits
Simplify to Amplify… Pick 1-2 things and do them really well!
Avoid the phrase “going to” and make a statement as though it already happened. It tricks your psyche!
Rachel said something that really resonated with me: “When you grow in one area of your life – it tends to have ripple effects. It’s the same as dropping a huge boulder into a lake, rather than just throwing in a few pebbles at a time.”
How true is this!
